WEDDINGS

Have you always dreamed of walking down the aisle to Pachelbel’s Canon in D? Or perhaps something more recent such as ‘1000 Years’ or ‘All of Me’? The Dotted Crotchets String Quartet and Trio are the perfect accompaniment to your wedding day, and we guarantee that you’ll love our classical renditions of your favourite songs. With groups in ManchesterLondon and Glasgow, The Dotted Crotchets are happy to travel across the UK to perform for your special day. To enquire about availability and current rates please contact Ruth, and she will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

The Wedding Ceremony
Before the ceremony the musicians will perform a selection of music as your guests are seated, and your chosen songs will then be performed for the entrance, the signing of the register, and your exit together. For church weddings, the string quartet and trio are also able to accompany the hymns if required.

Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast
The Dotted Crotchets string quartet or string trio can also perform during your drinks reception and/or wedding breakfast, where their wide range of repertoire will help to create the perfect atmosphere and entertainment for your wedding guests. You will be given the option of choosing the playlist prior to the wedding, or you are welcome to leave it in the capable hands of our musicians.

Lauren and Lee

“The Dotted Crotchets String Trio were brilliant, and walking down the aisle to them playing is something I will never forget.”

Laura and Jake

“We found The Dotted Crotchets at a Wedding Fair. I am so thankful Jake came with me, because if I had said “I have found a string trio that play Beyoncé”, I think it would have been a straight off no, but he suggested them!”

Amy and Matthew

“They were fantastic on the day and I was so grateful that they agreed to squeeze into the summerhouse so that we could have the ceremony outside.”

Amy and Graham

“My favourite moment was when they played Game of Thrones as guests entered the marquee, it was like a wee in joke for all the GOT fans!”
